Honey changes with the land it comes from. The blossom flowering around the hive, the season, elevation and surrounding vegetation all leave their mark on its colour, aroma, texture and taste.

This collection brings six such harvests together — from orchard and cultivated blossoms to forest multiflora — allowing each landscape to be tasted alongside the next.

Shipping, Storage & Natural Variation

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep bottles tightly closed and always use a clean, dry spoon.

Our honeys are raw and minimally filtered. Crystallisation is natural, and colour, aroma, viscosity and texture may vary between harvests according to floral source, season and temperature.

The collection contains six glass bottles and is packed securely for transit. In case of breakage or transit damage, contact us with photographs of the outer packaging and affected bottle.
