Refund policy
We love serving our customers and take a lot of pride in our products sourced from the farthest reaches of Himalayan wilderness.
Damaged product-
Barahnaja Organics is not responsible for damage caused during transit but still if the product is damaged take a photograph of the product along with the original packaging and mail us at Info@barahnajaorganics.com within 24 hours from delivery. We may ask you to send the product back to us for inspection. If found eligible we will send across the replacement package the next day or if a refund is required it will be initiated which shall reach your original method of payment within 5-10 days.
Damages due to improper usage, wrong handling or neglect will not be covered under this Policy.
Product lost in transit-
If the product is lost or is returned to us in transit within the courier company, we will process a new order as soon as we get the update on the same. Product arrival time duration depends on your location distance from source.
Shipping-
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Barahnaja Organics, H.no 586, Mandakhal, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand-246001. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
